John Austin and Elizabeth Tatum saved me SO much on my home owners insurance. They were very professional and responsive. They are the GO-TO homeowners insurance agency in town and saved me thousands! My area is more susceptible to floods so I asked if they could help with that as well. They quoted apples to apples and they saved me 1,100 on my flood insurance!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!!! John Austin Tatum did a fantastic job of helping us change our home owners insurance and auto insurance, saving us over 1000$ a month! We knew we were over paying but had no idea just how much until John Austin went through all of our policies. They worked well into the night on several nights to get our multiple policies taken care of and we appreciated their professionalism. They came highly recommended and we were very satisfied. The absolute best service I've ever received while dealing with insurance. My husband and I had found an adorable home in the school area we desperately wanted to move to for our daughter. After setting a budget and agreeing on a price with the seller that just *barely* fit in, we found out the home was in a floodplain. All of the sudden, I was faced with paying an extra $50-$100 or even $150 a month for flood insurance on top of a previous home insurance quoted at $1200.

John Austin Tatum changed that. He found me plans for homeowners and flood insurance that added together fell below the previous quote of $1200 a year. After that, he found me a more comprehensive and cheaper auto insurance policy. The amount of money a month I'm now saving on auto insurance is actually paying for my flood insurance. We we're paying 2200 a year for our current home insurance. We we're referred to Tatum insurance by Joann from Prime Lending. John helped me over the phone and via text. Got me a quote that was less then half of what my husband and I were paying. He was willing to stay later then normal business hours to accommodate us being able to get in there and sign what we needed to. We were in and out within about 20 minutes. Super professional and we are extremely happy they are now our home insurance company. We look forward to being with them for years to come.
